This policy explains booking changes, cancellations, refunds and rescheduling for all fishing trips booked with Yacht Fishing Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi. Please read it before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Changes
- Changes to a booking are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the change requested.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the trip and depend on availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation terms apply.
4. No-Show
If guests do not arrive for the trip, or cancel without notice, the full amount is charged and no refund is given.
5. Cancellations by Us
We may cancel or change a trip because of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, technical issues, Coast Guard instructions or government rules. In these cases you will be offered a new date; if you decline, a full refund is issued.
6. High-Demand Days
Bookings for Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays are non-refundable because of high demand.
