These Terms & Conditions apply to all fishing trips and boat charters booked with Yacht Fishing Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By booking a trip or using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Yacht Fishing Abu Dhabi arranges private fishing trips on licensed boats with a professional captain and crew. Trips include fishing equipment (rods, bait and tackle) unless stated otherwise.
2. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp, phone or email and the required payment is received.
- Prices are for the whole boat, not per person, and are shown per hour with a minimum trip length per boat.
- The number of guests must not exceed the capacity shown for the boat.
3. Guests and Safety
- Every guest must carry an original passport or Emirates ID; the Coast Guard may check identification.
- Guests must follow the captain and crew instructions at all times. The captain may end a trip early if safety rules are not followed.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Life jackets are available on board.
- Alcohol, illegal substances and dangerous items are not allowed on board.
4. Fishing Rules
- All fishing follows the rules of the UAE and Abu Dhabi authorities, including protected species, seasonal bans and minimum sizes.
- Protected or undersized fish are released back to the sea.
- Fishing results depend on nature, season and weather; a catch cannot be guaranteed.
5. Weather and Sea Conditions
Trips may be delayed, changed or cancelled if the captain or the authorities consider sea or weather conditions unsafe. In this case the Cancellation Policy applies.
6. Payments
Payments can be made by card or in instalments with Tabby or Tamara through a payment link we send on WhatsApp. Any balance must be paid before the trip starts.
7. Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the boat or equipment. Personal belongings are the responsibility of their owners. Please also read our Disclaimer.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to all new bookings.
